We now have six attractive people to dress up for our special day, what shall we make them wear? The tradition for most people is to have their attendant pay for the dresses and tuxedo rental. While this would add to our budget, I had to buck tradition.

After the groom himself, hiring a wedding photographer was probably the most important wedding planning detail to me. I thought I was lucky that I did not have to track down a good photographer since my friend had already found a good one. As it would turn out later, I was not quite as lucky as I thought I was. You’re Getting Married in Six Months? Are You Pregnant or Crazy?
Justin and I had been dating for about 6 months when he asked me to marry him and I said yes, neither of us saw the point in long engagements. For some reason when you tell your family or friends that you are getting married in six months, the first thing they ask is “Why, are you pregnant?”… NO, I am not pregnant, now back to the good news… WE ARE GETTING MARRIED… in sixth months! Oh my, what was I thinking. I have got a lot of planning to do!
