Each one of us has a masculine and feminine energy that drives our behaviors and how we relate to our spouse. Eighty percent of women have mostly feminine energy and most men, also eighty percent have predominantly masculine energy. What does this mean for your marriage?

Understanding masculine and feminine energy not only helps you to understand your spouse better, but it empowers you to have the ability to experience the most deep and intimate relationship possible.

When you have that kind of intimacy, you can do anything… including making your love last through lifetimes! You can get through arguments, make important decisions that better your lives, inspire the people around you to have better relationships and even strengthens your immune system over time.

So what do you need to know in order to use this information to benefit of your marriage?

Masculine energy, which we do all have by the way (remember we all have both masculine and feminine energy), is focused, driven, purposeful and directional. It’s the part of us that wants to make things happen and be on top of our game. While the feminine energy is vibrant, radiant, spiritual, inspired and animated.

The masculine is always looking for the next best thing and is on a mission and the feminine thrives with no limits and would rather be playing. Tuning in to where your partner is on the spectrum of masculine/feminine energy can help you to bring out the best in them.

Does your lady like to lock herself in her room and take a hot bath and blast her favorite boy band? Does she like to spend time with her friends dancing the night away? Give her that time… feed her feminine energy and facilitate her need to be a vibrant flower…

Ladies, does your man like to take things apart and put them back together just to see how they work or does he have to go off the route just to see if he can find his way home? Well, I say let ‘em do it! Honor them for it! Hey, you never know what can happen… I’ll tell you one thing, you WILL find yourself in the bedroom more often… that’s for sure!!!
