I placed an order before Christmas – and never received the box even though I was informed it would be there by a certain date. I even paid extra to make sure it was there for a special event…
When my event passed and I heard nothing – I attempted to cancel my order. I then was harassed by their customer service department.
I would not recommend this group to anyone, and have filed a complaint with my credit card company.
