I purchased several things through this website. First, I ordered over three hundred of the acrylic heart boxes for my favors. I was able to customize these with colors and words.
I also purchased a round monogrammed cake topper, a name change kit, and the groomsmen gifts from this website. The groomsmen gifts were a set of four monogrammed drinking glasses for each groomsmen.
Ordering was very easy. I was notified immediately of a delay in getting the favor boxes shipped to me, and dealing with customer service about this issue was simple. I appreciated that they let me know about this issue as soon as they could, and it turned out to be no inconvenience at all because of their promptness.
Everything was delivered quickly. The glasses all came in one piece. I had been concerned about their fragile state during delivery, but everything was perfect. They even came with pretty blue gift boxes.All of the items were exactly as they were depicted on the website. The site was easy to navigate and there were many selections. I would definitely recommend this website to anyone, and use it again for any occasions.

I didn’t have such a good experience with myweddingfavors.com. First I was charged twice for an order that I made, and when I called to have the second charge removed, the customer service rep told me that I must have made the order twice. He didn’t seem understanding at all. I had to request that I be refunded the money. When he looked into it, he replied that I was “saved”, since the order was placed as “fraud” since it was placed twice. I specifically know that I only clicked submit once, so there should be no reason that it was charged twice.
10 whole days later, I was notified that one of my items was on backorder, and that it wouldn’t be available for another 3 weeks. After 3 weeks of getting none of my items, my package was not shipped until I notified the company that the item was back in stock.
I finally received my order over a month after I placed the order, and one of the items arrived broken. Just a word of warning!! I have been shopping online for many years, but I would recommend shopping somewhere else.

I had a really bad experience with myweddingfavors.com. I ordered salt & pepper set for my wedding favors and waited 2 weeks! when I didn’t get any responce from myweddingfavors.com I sent them an email but didn’t get any reply! Finally I called them and they said “Favors which I ordered are out of stock” so I asked them to replace those with another salt & pepper set design. But they said I should pay $150 more and were not giving me any equal option for replacement!!! Finally I had to ask them for refund!!! I DO NOT recommend this site.

I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering from myweddingfavors.com. I ordered minature coffee cup candles for a Mothers’ Brunch. I ordered the personalized tags and previewed the tags to make sure that the wording was correct. I received the candles and tags in perfect time for the event. When I looked at the tags, I thought the date of the event was missing. In reality, the date was soooo small that you needed a magnifying glass to read it. I called customer service and was first told that I would have to order another set of personalized labels. When I told the guy that I was not spending additional money on a label that was unreadable, he told me that I spelled out the date and that is why it was unreadable. Mind you there are 30 characters allowed for the date. Then he told me I could purchase additional labels at a discounted rate. I asked to speak to the manager. After being on hold for at least 10 min., he returned to the line to tell me that she was on another call and she would call me right back. Hours passed by before I received a call at 5:49 pm. I returned her call, but she left me a voicemail stating that the font could not be changed and there was nothing that could be done. Stay away from this vendor. Very poor customer service and product.

This site is terrible. I waited 2 weeks for my order. Called to follow up and was told it would ship the next day. Called back to find out how long it would take only to discover that Sheila lied and that the favors were really out of stock and customer service never even notified us that they were OUT OF STOCK.What kind of professional company does that?! Do not do business with this company. They are unprofessional. If i could give them a -5 stars I would. Terrible.

I ordered 2 things from myweddingfavors.com. The first was great; it was monogrammed notecards. The second was ‘high heeled cake servers’ – not only is the product NOT as advertised, but they simply would not pay for return shipping. The ‘heel’ is a piece of cardboard in the packaging box. So the cake server is basically an unattractive piece of flat metal. The photos on the website show it with a heel in the box, and conveniently hide the heel in the photo of the product out of the box. I am incredibly disappointed, and do not want to pay return shipping for a product that is not as advertised and is quite useless and unattractive, when they misrepresented it.

I am always hesitant to order from a not-well-known site, however I took the risk with wedding favors.com and it paid off. They informed me of the expected arrival day of the favors I ordered–and they arrived right on time. They kept me updated via emails, and when I called customer service to make sure my order would arrive–someone answered right away and was really helpful. I ordered about 200 little silver/pewter chair-shaped place card holders for my wedding. They arrived today and they are just as pictured–even better actually. Great quality. I’m happy. Hope this helps anyone who is wondering about this site. –Stephanie

This company was terrible!!! I used this company twice for the same event. The first order was received timely but was incorrect. After a few phone calls, and a couple weeks the reshipped the right product. I foolishly placed a second order with this company because I needed a few more of the same product. I was assured by the rep that if I paid an extra $15.00 fee in addition to the close to $12.00 in shipping that already paid on $10.00 worth of merchandise, that I would have my order in time. Of course, I did not receive the shipment until the day after the event. After several phone calls and emails, they still refused to refund the money stating they have no control over shipping. The customer service was terrible. I would not use this company again and would stongly discourage anyone using this company
