Since then I also had my own cake decorating business. That's my background. My choice now? If I had it to do all over again, I'd pick the cupcake tree. I love the little top layer for the bride and groom but still having individual cakes for the guests. As a guest, I love picking up my own little cake, decorated individually, not a mangled piece of the big cake lovingly squashed by the bride's aunt Marge.
